Be far cheaper and easier to just purchase a W210 with an M113 engine already in it.
A swap is possible; it all depends upon how much money you wish to spend and how much time and labor to invest. ECU and EIS replacement, fueling, hoses, connections, electrical harness, cooling fans, and front suspension come to mind and that is just for the normally aspirated version. Edit: and an upgraded 722.6 transmission.
Easiest would be to buy a W210 E430 and swap a W210 E55 motor into it.
