Rims - need clarification

Rims - need clarification
I have a stock 99 E320 sedan with the 10 hole old fart wheels. So if I look for anything which meets specs:
5-112
35mm offset
and no wider than 8.5"
does that guarantee fit w/o rolling, rubbing, spacers, or other mods? Is
there a way of determining if new lug nuts are needed? I've been trying
to read up but get lost amongst the myriad of posts trying to piece things
together. If you have link to nice site that explains these terms, feel
free to send to me (or post). tanks

Tirerack's site has a great writeup in its Wheel Tech section explaining what all that means but whether it'll fit your car requires either experience (i.e. having done it) or some calculations (there are offset and wheel/tire size calculators).
The specs you have mentioned are pretty standard 8.5" width settings and will definitely fit but it depends on the look you want. More aggressive settings are possible without needing to roll fenders.
