2000 E320 4matic Wagon
Door Actuator Issues
I have a ‘00 E320 4matic wagon, and my issue is whenever I make a hard left turn, the car thinks that a door is opening and turns on the cabin lights and unlocks all the doors. The extent to which the lights are powered varies depending on how hard the turn is, and the issue has varied heavily in sensitivity over time. Not even sure where to start with this one.

I would hypothesize it is one of the door switches out of adjustment or with a bare wire. I noted that on my car, the door has to opened several millimeters (enough to activate the door switch) before the car unlocks and the interior lights come on.
