AMG muffler on e320

AMG muffler on e320
just picked up a e55 amg muffler how hard is it to install on my e320 are they same dual /single inlet and size or will i have to do some more modification. would also like to remove mid muffler!
will use in conjunction with florinser rear bumper hehe

what year is your E320? All US E55 AMG mufflers have dual inlets, but there is an W210 AMG muffler with one inlet. All W210's from 1996 to 1997 have single inlets. The stock muffler and mid-muffler is one piece unit and has to the cut to install the AMG unit.

Mine is 96 e320
after climbing under the car i see that my stock muffler has single inlet, mid muffler has 2 inlet single outlet. If i remove the mid muffler i should be ok right?
does anybody else have this set up?

Yep, if you removed the resonator/mid-muffler, you'll have two straight pipes to go into your new E55 exhaust. I had to make a "Y-joint" to fit my straight pipe to the single inlet of my Sebring muffler:
