You can get manuals directly from MBUSA. Check their website to order. No charge if you have your VIN #.

I dont think he is in the US benzboy since he said he has a E200 Kompressor.

Anyways the dealer is the best place to go for a manual. Your tires are known as a staggered set up. The front tire is skinnier than the rear. My E55 is like this too. This helps the rear wheels gain more traction and put all the power down on the road with ease. The Kompressor works by compressing the air that goes into the engine if I am correct, though I do not know how it works precisely myself.

The front tires have a higher profile "ratio" probably because they are thinner. The profile measurement is based on the proportion of the width of the tires (e.g. a profile of "40" means 40% of the width, so if your width is 255, then your actual tire thickness is 40% of 255mm etc.) . Sounds like you may have a staggered setup with wider rear weels, therefore your rear tires will be wider with a smaller profile ratio as the actual thickness of your tires need to be about the same, to give your the same overall diameter (in fact the same as the original wheels to ensure your speedo is reading correctly) - if they are not, you should change the ones that are not correct. What are the sizes of your front and rear tires? I can do a quick check to see if they are the correct sizes.

In very simple terms, a supercharger sucks in more air to let the engine burn more efficiently, hence extra HPs.....that's BASICALLY what it does. If I'm not mistaken, you need to reach a certain amount of rev's before it kicks in, so don't be afraid to step on the gas A 2 liter engine on such a heavy car definitely needs the extra boost.

What's "best" depends on your driving style and comfort vs performance preference. Narrower and thicker tires for comfort but will sacrifice a bit of handling, wider, thinner tires gives you better handling but less comfort. The width of the tire also depends on your wheels' width. What are your sizes now?

They should be right, unless the width of the wheels are way off standard for the W210 (unlikely) - for those tires, front: anything between 8-8.5" wide, Rears:9-9.5" is fine. If you're happy with the ride quality as is, your current setting is just fine - standard AMG recommendation for aftermarket applications. good luck and enjoy your ride

Ooops, forgot you had a E200K! IMO, those sizes would be very demanding on your limited power....those sizes would be more appropriate on larger engines. If you have 8"/9" wheels, you could use 225/40 and 255/35, front and rear if you want a quicker pickup and turning response without too much sacrifice in handling and you'll save fuel too If you have 8.5"/9.5" wheels, those sizes would work but the tires might look a bit stretched and not much sidewall for curb protection. Where are you based may I ask btw?

Whitey thanks for your tips!! I am from Singapore where only petrol version is permitted for private use. So for my rim size you are suggesting 225/40 and 255/35 right. thanks..

Affirmative...but best if you have 8"/9" wheel width combo (should be imprinted on the back of the wheels somewhere). If 8.5/9.5" its still OK but you'd better watch those curbs! IMO, the current set-up is over-tired for an E200K (but would look better nonetheless) - you will find noticeable improvements on performance with the new tires. Unless you're prepared to spend more on boosting the HPs of your ride (like I did on my 240), I'd suggest easing off on the tire width.
