1998 E320 4matic back left window won't work after battery depleted

I drained the battery with the cabin light on my 98 w210 and the following morning it was completely dead after charging it back up the back left window ceased to work any more. Any ideas? Thank you

what Plutoe recommended helps to restart and reboot all the appliances and wake up the corresponding modules

It would have been better had "completely dead" include static voltage reading of the battery. "After charging it back up" would have been better if it was described using charging method, duration, amperage and then with battery voltage and resistance/load test on the battery.

After the battery was charged, have you checked any other appliances and features on the car and are they fully functioning...or did you only notice the one window ?

Tried disconnecting and reconnecting the charged battery but window will still not operate. I will try again.
Also I am taking the car to an indy shop tomorrow to get full diagnostic ran on it because I'm now worried about transmission, or flex discs because of a rotational noise that's sounds like buzzing but that's another post I suppose.

I charged battery with a jump from my girlfriend's car. Is there a special way to disconnect the battery now that it has been charged back up? I have looked over everything else and everything is in good working condition but the one window will not budge, and the windows were all in great shape before this happened.
What are the odds that something like this would happen as soon as the battery died.

if you dont have access to MB DAS your only choice is to remove the door panel grab a meter and start testing is it a switch, control module or motor--what does and does not produce voltage---you have found he fault
