It has a single bulb to provide lighting
You can easily remove the climate control unit with the two little tools that are also used to remove the radio head unit. It is easy to disconnect the cable(s) from the control unit and then you can replace the tiny bulb mounted in the middle of the backside. Trick is to have the right tools to unlatch the control unit. These can be bought at MB parts department.
