P0113 error e200 kompressor

Hello. My E200 Kompressor with M111.957 163 PS has some problems.The main one is that the supercharger seems to stop working. With the Air filter case i saw that the valve doesnt close at reving. There is also a lack of power i feel when driving. I want to a diagnose and i saw that i have one single error on engine - P0113, Intake Air Temperature Sensor. Its also stucked on 50 degrees, even If the ambient Temperature was about 15. Could this error cause the supercharger problems? I ordered a MAF sensor from VDO with same code as the Original Siemens i had in car, but im so curious If this can be linked with supercharger. Thanks,Florin

Yes. High intake air temperature disengages the supercharger.

The diagnose was a SD Connect C4 with Xentry/DAS, i was with the car at someone's garage.

First diagnose i had on 23 March 2025 (engine stopped, main reason for calling the diagnose - my 5G Tronic stucked because of the gear selector)
Stored:
-> P2036 - Secondary Air Injection: malfunction, air flow... (and thats all i caught on the picture, mybad)
-> P201B - Misfiring of cylinder 3, damages TWC (P0303)
-> P201B - Misfiring of cylinder 2, damages TWC (P0302)

Active:
-> P2006 - B25b1 (Intake Air Temperature Sensor) Signal, short circuit (P0113)

Next, I went to garage and changed the ignition coils, and something else related to the suspension – which forced me to throw away the air filter case and that way i saw the throttle body i guess (Bosch: 0 280 750 045 / Mercedes: A111 098 01 60) which was always full opened, even if reving the engine.

After this, I came back for another diagnose, yesterday - 30 March 2025, this time with the engine running at idle speed.

The only error code which shows again, still active, was the last one:

Active:
-> P2006 - B25b1 (Intake Air Temperature Sensor) Signal, short circuit (P0113)

I decided to buy a new MAF Sensor, I found from VDO (as i can see on internet, its the old Siemens).

The original one which I throw away 2 years ago was Siemens too. From then till now, the car runs with a no-name aftermarket MAF.

Is there any thing I should try until the MAF is delivered? Also, if it's easier - I am available to share a social network like Whatsapp / Telegram if you are available to give me some advices.

Best regards.

The "stored" codes tell you there was a problem in the past. An "active" tells you there is a problem right now.
Clear all codes. Then run a "quick scan" or just look for codes in the "motor electronics" module. If the Intake Air Sensor is bad, the code will come back immediately as "active".
In the case a problem is intermittent, clear codes, rescan, if no code, drive the car and then rescan. Sooner or later, it will be back.

You may have been looking at the supercharger bypass valve. When open, no boost; when closed, full boost. At least on the E55 it closes inversely to the throttle plate opening, If the E55 has a bad intake air sensor, however, the supercharger clutch will not function. Also, at least on the M113K, throttle body connector and the bypass valve connector are identical and can be easily swapped by accident. Always check and mark with tape if necessary. Not sure if this is the case with yours.

So thanks for the response, and sorry for later update.

I changed the MAF Sensor on Saturday (5 April) with an OEM one (VDO - Siemens). After plugging it, car runs properly and the supercharger engages correctly.
I noticed oil leakage in the intake hoses and in the old MAF Sensor.

Today, just before writing this reply, I drove the car around ~10km and noticed that the S/C is off again. I will try to remove the MAF sensor and clean it with MAF Sensor Spray cleaner and hoping its not burnt again.
But, today question is: how the hell oil gets in there?!

I have stock air filter, MANN.

Thanks.
