98 E320, need motor mounts

The engine runs really rough just in the morning, but once it is warmed up it is fine. Took it to the shop and they said I needed new motor mounts for $74.00 per side, and installation was $200. I know on the e36 m3 you can get them for $58 for both and install isn't more than 140.

ANy help would be great here.

And they also want $490 for rotors for just the front, can I get them cheaper from else where, or upgrade to brembos or something

TIA

it was definitly motor mounts, these thing were shot, flat as a pancake, I suggest if you have really rough starts in the morning you have this looked at. 80K+ miles. This is also a car a female drives and never gets it over 3k rpm.
