E55 Making a new sound need help identifying

Drove my car today and noticed a new noise, seems to happen more frequently at high speeds but can also be heard at low speeds. Only happens on acceleration but not 100% of the time. Sounds like a droning noise similar to when you go over rumble strips. Figure it’s something drive line related. My E55 makes about 360 whp and does get driven in a spirited fashion relatively frequently. Doesn’t seem to be coming from the transmission and there’s no noticeable shake in the steering wheel or through the pedals. In the video you can start to hear the sound around the 6 second mark and you can notice the rpm also bogs down when the noise is being made then jumps back up after it stops. Put the transmission in 3rd to see if there was a specific rpm that it happens at and it doesn’t appear to be the case. Any suggestions

I heard something like a click at the 6 sec mark, couldnt really make out the sound you are describing over the exhaust though.

60-ish is about a typical speed for wheel bearings to make noise and they dont always make the wheels/car wobble, but I've never had them slow down the car either.

i also cant think of a typical driveline related drone that causes the car to slow down when the noise starts.

Thank you, couldn’t ever quite pin point it and was just wondering if someone on here had felt with the same thing.
It’s in at a local Mercedes place now and they are going to take a look at it!

Rubber bushing in the drive shaft or the center support bearing on the drive shaft?
