light bulb out ...how to remove....

can anybody tell me how to get to the light bulb behind the headlight switch? The light for the vent control and the markings above the headlight switch aren't working anymore (damn this cold weather) ... I've removed the cover for the fuses, then the cover on top (where there's an empty hole), the wood piece, now what? It seems like I have to remove the parking brake release lever?? How would I do that (if I had to do it)

Thanks in advance!

Yes the next step is removing the parking brake handle. There are two screws in there at the back. Simplest solution is to get a torch to see them!.and you can see the guy in the W210 Information Video that's around the net do it. Once it's off, the fascia on the headlight/vent lights will be able to come off.

wow so I have to remove the knee bolster, the parking brake handle, then I'll be able to remove that trim piece, eh? No wonder when I removed the two screws behind the brake handle it still wouldn't come out

thanks!!
