I will dyno mine next month so I have something to compare before I get the EvoSport headers (one day they will be released). I'm hoping to get around 325 hp at the wheels. I will also be doing air/fuel just to make sure my software is doing good.
Fast 430 do you have your Air/fuel graph?

Looking at your a/f graph, your car is staying too lean for too long into the curve. Where you having any fuel delivery problems? How did they read your a/f, via bung before the cats or tailpipe fixture? Also, between ea. dyno pulls, not enough sufficient time for the car to cool off. Solve the lean problem and your #s should increase, my bone stock E430 were 222, 223, 227 on the rollers.

You should be around 223 to 228 RWHP. Your A/F ratio is very lean!

Nah, not if your runs were adjusted to atmospheric conditions. A DynoJet will read the same if you are in 10,000 ft of elevation or if your car is at sea level with 20 degree temps.

I would have to agree with Rich and BlownV8, the ratio is very lean. My friend just added a supercharger to his C5 vette and is pushing 510 to the wheels and he is around 12.5 at the leanest.
You might want to have it checked out.

A couple of my buddies in the Oxnard/Ventura area are cruising in blown vettes, Andy @ AA Corvettes builds some wickedly fast Procharged LS1 & LS6 rides. Have you stopped by Bottle Blown Racing lately?? I haven't heard from Mark in months

My friends is the maroon C5 with black wheels that just got blown. He got is last week from Andy and the tranny only lasted 20miles. Andy and his crew are putting in a FFP tranny and high stall tq converter. AA is were I going to dyno my car $100 for three pulls and air/fuel, $75 without.

As far as Mark I know he is closed and the Doctors don't give him much time. They said he wasn't supposed to live through Xmas. Mark is a great guy, too bad things like this have to happen.

Damn!!! It didn't take to long to toast that tranny You should talk to Andy about hooking your fifty-five with his patent Procharger...that would be violent I called him on that for my car some time back, but he wasn't interested tho, but with his FI knowledge I think he's very capable.

If your looking to dyno in the valley area, hit up LAPD (that's...Los Angeles Performance Divison, and not the men in the white & black :p ) 2 & 4 wheel dynojet, 3 pulls with a/f for $75. It's vettes galore there too, Al the owner has a real wicked red Z06.

I'm sorry too hear about Mark, what a professional guy with so much knowledge in automotive, he's been very helpful in my tuning needs. I knew he was medically ill, but didn't realize the extend of it's nature...I hope the best for him & his family.

An A/F graph is in fact shown on the bottom portion of your chart, have them run a couple of pulls when their tailpipe fixture is reading properly, or better yet sample a reading before the cat, sampling at the tailpipe through the cat will effect readings, it's not wrong just can be inaccurate.

Good Luck

i wanted to add this story

see that dent in the curb kinda buy the front wheel of the gti. well one of the employees drifted around the corner and slamed into the curb exploding his rim tire and the curb and going into the bushes.....nearly hiting my parked car. wich was parked a little farther forward to the site than the dually. u can see the line on the road that goes behind the rear wheel of the gti as he drove away on the rim...it was crazy i watched the whole thing being that i was siting in my car at the time. it happned so fast and so close to my car i was freaking out....i would not recoment going to cartek tunning because of the Irresponsibleness

went to the dyno :D pics/vid-99745b2a.jpg
