Instrument cluster problem
Sometimes on start up the warning lamps on either side of the Odometer don't come on,(in postion 2 of the ignition switch) and the rev counter doesn't read anything,even though the engine as started, you can drive off down the road but the speedo doesnt register or the fuel gauge or temp gauge read anything either and then the warning lamps flash on then off, and everthing starts working like normal. The lenght of time it's faulty varies and it doesn't do it ever time. The cars a 1996 Mercedes E230 Automatic Avantgarde ,wdb 210037.
Anyone got any ideas??? or had this problem??? and cured it.

yesterday i found out that my fuel gauge meter doesn't read any gas in the tank eventhough i just filled it up full..... i tried to restart the engine and it went the same....
the third try, the gauge worked well....untill now...
i haven't figured it out what went wrong..
so do we have the same problem or what?
anybody has some advice for us?
