Yet another annoyance... stereo related
Why is it do you suppose, that the engineers at Mercedes could not see to it that the volume of my radio could "reset" to a predetermined level when the ignition is activated?
This feature isn't at all beyond the engineers of other "lesser" cars.
I find it rather annoying to jump in the car and hit the key only to be blind-sided by some horrid cult chant or whatever my wife was listening to at 110DB when she turned off the car. (OK, perhaps it was me, but I'll never confess!)
Is this option included in the COMAND equipped vehicles? Is it actually included in my e320 in some kryptic combination of levers, buttons, etc. or do I simply need to stop finding things to complain about?

Actually, I kinda rather prefer to have the exact same radio station with the exact same level of volume and the exact same music equalizer playing on the exact same manner on my car in the exact same manner I left it in. Any other way would be ilogical.
Oh, by the way, this "exact same feature" does not only apply to car audio equipment but to virtually any audio and video equipment - from your TV to home stereo systems to the ipod to cable, etc.....

If you annoyed by something that works like it should, I can not imagin what will u do when something is not working like it should !! Getr out of this chat while u can, otheriwse u really dislike ur high dollar car.
