Your price is a bit high. Just sold my 01 $Matic with only 23000 miles for 24000. (Replaced with an 05) Car was perfect and of course was 4Matic which yours is not. Numerous 01's advertised around here with under 30000 miles for 19 to 21000.

 

You sold it too cheap my friend. 01 with less than 30k miles sells in KC area no less than $29,900. U must have traded u r car then. Trade in's are always a rib off. You should have told me, I would have paid u $24,100 for it !!

No way brother, an 01 MB E320 with less than 10k miles is for 25K !!! Unless it is 1901 MB, then maybe true !! Was it wrecked or something !!! Do u have a carfax on it? Check it once and then check it twice !!!

 

No carfax is needed. It belonged to my mother who bought it new four year ago. Now she is a little to old to drive and decide to "give" it to me for $25K. I guessed this situation is an rare exception to the rule. Checked my other posts. Good luck to you

I hate to say it, but I too, suspect that your asking price is a bit higher than typical.
I just bought a 2001 e320, Desert Silver, Java/beige loaded w/ 37K miles for $24,995.

With almost ZERO left on the warranty I suspect that anyone willing to pay ~$400 per month would rather have a new one. [$25000 -25% DownPayment /48 months (typical car loan) = $390.625/month @0.00% APR.
This is about the same as a lease payment on a 2005, with the same or less $ out of pocket up front.
The deals being offered today make it difficult to sell a used car that has little or no remaining warranty, but if you think that you can get that much for it, then I say Good Luck, but don't bet the farm on it.
