Hi,

I am looking for good independent shop to install pulley.

I heard people said Best Benz or MB Best in Manhattan Beach.
However, I couldn't find the information about them.
If anyone knows their number, please help me!

Or anyone knows good independent shop in south LA or Orange county?

I used to go to Haus Of Mercedes in OC. Most of the time, they got the job done right. But then the owner got greedy once he realized that I trust him enough not to shop around. Then he quoted me a lot (sometime even more than dealer, even the guy told me dealer would charge way more) for jobs & problems that he thought he could get a way with (quoted me $400 + part for the BAS/ASP warning, told me it's the anti-skid module need to be replaced, turn out it's the brake switch, $14, I fixed the problem myself. Also told me that the whole door need to be ripped apart to replace the windows regulator, quote a lot. And charged me $75 for "synthetic oil change", and I later found out it was regular oil).

I now either work on the car myself, or go to Benz Best in Manhattan Beach. They are very honest & skillful. Lot of my colleague go there, no one have had a single negative comment about them. Reasonable price & sincerely honest. They have saved my a$$ in so many occassion. Other forum members have had similar experience about them.

Give them a try, if you don't mind the driving. They're one of the very few independent shop in the US have equipment (StarDiagnositic) to work even in the latest & most exclusive Benz model

i go to beach benz in huntington beach...guy is honest with me and if he cannot fix something the first time, will not charge again,,,,
most of the times, it has been my fault going somewhee else and having problems and this guy fixes their problems.

anyway i like him.

I also go to Beach Benz for routine tune up on my ML. Mike * the owner * is a nice guy and their prices are reasonable.
