On my '99 E320, I 've noticed a small oil leak dripping to the ground. I haven't had a chance to raise the car for a closer look, but it seem to be dripping down on the right side (passenger side), behind the front wheel well, near the passenger foot well. The drip is very small, a small spot periodically.

Has anyone seen this before?

I too had a small leak and it turned out to be the steering mech. I had it changed under warranty. Now I am keeping tabs on any leaks on my 99 E320
