Ft rubber bushings in the lower control arms
I have a 1997 E320 and I see that I may have a problem with my front bushings in my lower control arms.
Does anyone know how expensive a job this is to repair?

Cost of Control Arm Bushings
As I recall, my car was out of warranty and I had been trying to convince the dealer that there was a problem with the bushings. I agreed to pay for the bushings and when he had to put in entire control arms with bushings, he did not charge extra. I'll try to remember to dog out the ticket for exact costs.

Pulled Ticket on This repair
The dealer, who had previously said ther was nothing wrong with the lower control arm bushings, finally agreed that they were bad. My car had 61.5 K miles and was over five years old. He charged me $245 labor and $99 for a four-wheel alignment. Control arms and bushings were gratis.
