Are you aware the on a MB Credit lease, there is an assumption fee as well as the buyer must be approved by MBC. But the kicker is that you, the seller, are still responsible for the payments should the buyer default. You are basically a co-signer for someone you may not even know. Just the way it is....it would be much better to sell it yourself, but to do that in certain states (where MBC does not have a license to sell cars) you have to purchase the car first, pay the sales tax, then sell the car directly yourself. I just bought out my lease from MBC and it costs me some bucks but you will never see me in another lease with MBC.
