Arrow MB Future from the Boss

Forum Members: In the event you did not see this, it is an interesting article from the head of MB about the acknowledged issues and his view of the future of the brand.

WOW!!! Thanks, I needed that!!!

Eckhard Cordes seems like a straight up guy. Flat out acknowledging the concerns and stating that MBZ is NOT intending to continue down that path. I especially like that he considers Quality as one of Mercedes' Core Competencies. Looks like I'll be a Benzo owner for some time to come!!!

Yep, good article. But, talk is cheap and it makes good press.
Let's see if they can really deliver!

I agree. 2 days ago I had the tristar emblem on my trunk lid repaced because it bowed up and broke. $8.55 parts $27.25 labor. Not covered under warrenty.I did not complain because I will have more satisfaction if MB tries to fix this after the e-mail I sent MBUSA. My 3rd MB and I've never been questioned on something like this. I will refuse reimbusement if they attempt it, and hopefully it will make a point for the rest of us.
