Curious problem solved - lights go on, volume goes up??
Took my car in a couple days ago. Took the audio specialist 2 days to figure out a problem I've lived with for a year. Whenever I pull into any dark area, under an overpass, or night for that matter, my interior lights would come on and my volume on the stereo would get really loud.... how did that get crossed?? (really annoying at dusk.. had to fight it).
Anyway, they replaced the entire overhead consol with the lights, switches, and rain/sun sensor. They said somehow the voltage meters were crossing.
They are really into just replacing thigns instead of fixing. I guess its better for us that way, but we pay for it indirectly .
I just wonder if anyone else has experienced the same?
