Need opinions on brake upgrade

Need opinions on brake upgrade
If you had a chance to upgrade your current brakes to either Brembo GT brakes or stock AMG E55 brakes, which one would you choose and why?

Unless you regularly race down mountain roads at twice the speed limit, the only reason to change (I wouldn't say "upgrade") your brakes is esthetics. I've read a lot of road tests of the E500 and not one has said that it's underbraked. The E500 isn't really suited to extreme driving and you wouldn't notice the difference in ordinary driving. Assuming that non-OEM brakes could even be made to work with the SBC, choose the brakes that look better to you through the wheels.

I mostly do it for the looks. I drive really soft and I will be living in the middle of city with lots of stop-n-go traffic. I don't anticipate much aggressive driving unless I'm going to Cape Cod with my wife to relax. I'm inclining over to Brembo. DC has to use the same brake mounted in the wrong direction to cut cost!? WTF!?
