Unhappy Acceration problem. Big problem.

I took my 2004 E500 to service for almost 2 weeks, The reason i took it in is because when I was driving with a certain speed from 20-45 mph, I feel the car starts jerking. Not major but you can definitely feel it. So they orders some parts and replace it. Today I called them to find out when I can pick it up, the service manager said the car is not ready, They did a test yesterday and the problem still exists. This is not the only problem, I had lots of problem fixed on this car. I have every single records and paper work.

My question is who should I report this? I really don't want this car no more.
My lease will be done in 2 years. Can they take it back

Is there a number I can call and complain about the problem and have someone take care of it.

I am paying for the lease but not able to drive the car. Its a waste of money.
Don't you agree.

Hope anyone here can help me. This is getting frustrated.
