just got an 03 E320 today!
I'm about to sift through your forums for info 
But yeah I got an 02 ML320 last year and traded it in earlier today for an 03 E320 in the light blue color.. Here are pics but it wont be anything you guys havent seen before
I already noticed that its a LOT smoother and quieter than the ML. I guess my main concern now is maybe some minor appearance mods that may make it look like more of my car and less of my mom's

Is that platinum blue? I really like the color, but I'm partial to blue. I think if you get some new wheels, you'll look less like you're driving your mom's car. Congratulations!

I have seen people with the CL grille though; I think that might be worth looking into also!

Nice car. I've always like that color as my 2nd favorite for the E. Try looking for a pic of that color car with the CL-style grill. The easiest / cheapest mod you can do that has some aestetical effect.
Also, how much less did they give you on the trade in $$ for the ML from when you purchased it a year ago?
