i have a 2003 E500 and i whould like to install a sun automobile Hyper Voltage System. if you dont know what this is here is a link http://www.sunautomobile.com/ it is just like a cap for you car so there is a box and then two wire come out of it. one gose to the + side of your batt and the other to the - side. i want to hook it up to my batt that is in the front of my car under my hood will this mess up any thing on my car if the + and - are looped on that first batt.

Are you talking about the hyper voltage system?
I have one of those... I have a mazda rx7, that i modified for fun, and one day on ebay i bought one just cause i thought it sounded "too good to be true" (and it was a slow day at work, and was entertaining myself).
The one i bought was a diff company, but same general theory. I also bought the grounding wires, installed all at the same time.
ACTUALLY, I was/still am really impressed! I am not too sure how it works, but its just a positive and a negative wire you hook to the battery, then a little green/red LED flashes (non-stop, car on and off, they say its normal)
BUT after my 5 min installation, i started the car... And my battery guage runs a strong 14 1/2 volts even with the stereo amps and foglights on at a long stoplight.
Before my battery would always drop to 11 1/2 to 12 1/2 when idleing a long time. SO what ever it does, it made a huge difference in the headlights and battery guage. NOW the claim to MORE HORSEY POWERS, i didn't do a dyno so i don't know... gas milage... SAME.. just more electricty.
Also it does not seem to put anymore strain on the alternator or charging systems, which was another concern.

yeah pretty much...
I don't think it makes the car anyfaster, gets me any better fuel economy.. BUT my lights are brighter, and when its night time, i have the heater/ac on and the stereo on at the same time... MY battery does not seem to drain as much when at a long idle. Trust me. 1100 watts of sound, will put a HUGE strain on a already bogged down electrical system (lights, heater, etc.)
SO that alone, i found it worth the money. And no one wants to slowly watch the dash lights/head lights go dimmer and dimmer and dimmer with every beat of the drum.
And being what was it like.... 30 bucks off ebay.... it was not that big of a cash loss. So I didn't go drinking that night... Paid for itself right there.

Hmmm, That may/may not make a difference... Hmmmm
May just want to send an email to the company you buy the Voltage System from for that. Typically (well with an RV/Boat or other 2 battery vehicles) there is a (isolator, or something like that) that stabalizes the charge and OHMS or something. So I am not sure how or where or which battery you would hook this up to.
SOME ONE HELP ME OUT ON THIS!!! i seem to have forgoten some of my 10th grade electricty science class. My own fault for sleeping during Mr. ****scums class......

I read a warning in the manual or bulletins about connecting any load ahead of the battery control unit where the sensors won't read the load. The W211 can do some pretty sophisticated things to shed load or "shut off consumers" as MB calls it when the batteries run low. It's important that the controller have a really good idea of just how much energy is being used at any given time.
I doubt you'll hurt anything just hooking a capacitor out there, but given how badly these cars lose their mind/configuration when the batteries go flat, I'd be careful.
My suggestion: If you don't understand the diagram of this electrical system yet (and few people do at first), take it as a caution not to hook anything to it until you read up enough to feel confident.
