Wheel Opinions?

Hey guys! Im looking around for some wheels for a friends W211. He is kind of sick of everyone putting the same wheels on there car. He is going for the plate wheel look but wants it sporty at the same time. I found some wheels that I thought would look really nice on a silver Mercedes and wanted to know what you guys thought about it. All opinions are welcome, good or bad.

Thank you

What's that? Looks like a cheap knockoff of KLEEMANN TS-6 to me

icic, that rim looks awfully similar to KLEEMANN's TS-6. It would look good on the W211. However, I'm not a fan of huge rims, 19 is as large as I would go.

I agree with "kev" 19" is as large as I will go for my E500. I was almost sold on a set of 20x9.5 and 20x8.5, but did some research and decided that I am better of with something that is not going to seriously ruin the comfort level of a luxury sedan. Unless you walk up to the car and look in the tire, its hard to distinguish between a 19 and 20 inch wheel just by looking at it.

If your dead set on a set of 20's, make sure that you don't drastically change the rolling diameter of the car. By this I mean, changing the rolling diameter of your car's wheels, making these changes effects things like suspension, speedometer accuracy and in some cases transmission.

If you need to know how to determine rolling diameter of your new wheels, just private message me, and I'll forward you the formula.

good luck
