Sub Replacement Options?
Hey All,
Anyone replace their factory sub in the E? The sub in my car just sounds like A$$ and I am looking to replace it. When I looked at it last night, I realized that the sub is facing the truck and the magnet is up facing the rear deck.
I am thinking that there is going to be some reason depth restrictions...so anyone get any input for me on this? I was planning on putting a 10w3v2 but now looks like the only sub that MAY fit is an IDQ.
Thanks for the help!

Anyway, the topic of changing woofers and the like has come up often. Search this forum using "subwoofer."

Weird, cuz my sub is firing upwards into the cabin as you could see in the pic. Anyhow, good luck trying to find a sub shallow enough to fit into the stock location. I think someone on here has swapped in an aftermarket sub, but they had to gut the deck in order for it to fit.
