Anyone confirm that Mute-1-3 in 06' W211's doesn't work?

Anyone confirm that Mute-1-3 in 06' W211's doesn't work?
I've tried it over and over and it does not work. Mute-1-3 ejects the single cd slot instead. Anyone?

some slow@$$diesels
that only works for D2B - CD rom based comands...not for the updated MOST DVD comands

Thanks for the clarification. Is there any way to get in to the diag. or sys. menu for MOST COMAND units?
