Any incentives going on now for E350's?

My wife and I test drove an E350 wagon recently and we both liked it.

The car I want would have to be ordered, as I want Lighting Package, Premium Package, Automatic Liftgate and Premium Leather, and the cars in stock seem to have just heated seats and nothing else. The list price comes to around $62k.

Are they offering any incentives now during the summer doldroms (things go very quiet around here in August)? We would be buying outright, so lease or finance incentives are of no use. Also, any ideas on what would be a good price for this car?

E500
Edmunds.com

No incentives for the E350 but they currently have a marketing incentive of $5k to the dealer for the E500 2005 model so you can probably get a great deal. Try Southhampton Mercedes, LI - looks like they have an online inventory and have some available. Should score atleast $7k off the MSRP

I think they're giving a $1500 incentive if you finance a portion through MBC.

You can usually find out if there are any incentives by configuring a car with Edmunds.Com and then follow the Incentives link if there is one. As pointed out earlier, there is a $1,500 cash to dealer incentive for E350's if you finance using MB Financing. It expires at the end of August. There is also a leasing deal.

The only current incentive for the E500 is a $1,500 cash to dealer incentive for financing with MB Financing. It also expires at the end of August.

$1500?

a dealer in delaware told me yesterdat that he will give me $2000 for the incentive.
and for those new york people, he also told me that he will deliver the car to me in NY, so I dont have to drive down to pick the car up.

just FYI.

$5k for 18" wheels, chrome exhaust tips, sport suspension and a couple of other minor appearance items seems very steep. Instead of sport suspension E350, I'd get an E500 for an extra $7k if I were inclined to spend a bit more. It seems wagons depreciate like a rock, so I'd like to contain my cost.
