I currently have an E350 4 Matic on order that will be delivered in October. In reviewing the current incentives for the 2006 E class cars, I noticed that there is a $1,500 MB to dealer rebate, due to expire on 8/31, for vehicles that are financed through MBC. Does anyone know if the rebate would apply to a vehicle that will be delivered in October? I realize that this is not a customer rebate but I was hoping that the dealer would share some of that sum if I decide to finance through MBC.

Any comments on the new E350 4 Matic would be appreciated. It’s been a 10 year hiatus for me since my last MB and I am hopeful that the new E class is free of problems and will offer a great, trouble free, driving experience for me.

Don't know about the 4 matic, but my 2006 E350 has been a dream to own so far.
