Nav. volume

Can't get my nav volume to increase. Try to adjust settings and volume options are override options. I have tried full override and can still barely hear it. Was working great first 4 months. Any suggestions???

I ahd the same problem til someone on this board helped me. What you do is when she is speaking, please repeat continuously as you're turning the volume knob up until its a good volume for you.

Try turning up the volume manualy by the volume knob when she is speaking or hit the repeat button on the comand and turn it up (again as she speaks)...

You can also use the volume buttons on the steering wheel to increase or decrease her voice when she is talking.
