Attention Phoenix Members looking for tires or rims..
$500 obo...
If you need new tires soon, you'll spend more than $900 for them... here are a set with 4200 miles AND rims for about 1/2!

Try ebay, that's where I've sold all my stock truck rims/tires in the past. Fedex shipping and off they go.
I have Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus on those rims... I think they're all season.
Anyway.. Though I'd try the local route and save the hassle and cost of shipping. I'll have them for a while, as I'm not going to rush out and put them on ebay just yet..

My thing is this... if you're current E's tires are close to end of life.. you'll face a $700-800 cost in putting new rubber on them, and you'll still be stuck with your 2-3 year old rims (which I'm sure while well kept, are nevertheless worn a bit)..
This way, you'll get the tires (4200 miles) and the rims (3 months old) for less than $500... but if you just got new rubber recently, I'm just peeing in the wind!

btw.... I like that "dimes" .. LOL!

One thing to consider. Keep the spare set of 16 inch rims/tires. If you take long road trips, you can put one 16 inch tire/rim in the spare tire wheel well and eliminate the compact spare. When you sell the car, you put the pristine 16 inchers back on the car.
