Who can tell me what is done at the "D" service?

Who can tell me what is done at the "D" service?
At the drivers door, my seatbelt is rubbing against the material near the door jamb and has worn a hole in the material. I plan to ask the dealer to replace this part under warranty.
Also, is there a comprehensive list of TSB's for the car? I have a 2004 E320.

Also on the cloth threshold area. Another Mercedes quality issue that is being addressed I hope.
