Another Good CDI Story - Money Magazine

But the print copy went on to compare the E350 and E320 CDI. Also, they got 39 mpg with their CDI and pointed out next year's $3,400 tax savings on the purchase. Here's a scanned copy of the page; apologies if it's hard to read. Let me know and I'll try to upload only the text.
BTW, MB sure has everyone scammed as the article notes leather interior as standard.
