drop in voltage
E-class 211-have In Small Computer And Metre For Taxi Stuff In My Car,the Computer Is Now Flickering And Then Going Off Which Is Also Affecting My Metre Which Tells Me What To Charge The Custumer,i Was Told It Might Be A Drop In Voltage,what Does This Mean And Can It Be Looked At By Me Or Does It Have To Go To An Autoelectric Guy.confused Please Help.

It would help if you filled out your profile and let us know where you are located, and what your driving (year, model, etc.).
However, in lieu of those missing items, you might want to review the recalls and TSB's for your w211 at the following site:

Alternatively, take your car to the dealer and let them diagnose your problem. What's worse, a few bucks out of pocket, or not being able to charge your customers?
