You will need the splitter 6-7-83-0058
antenna..part numbers vary depending on color.
Reciever 6-7-83-0085
Vehicle core kit 6-7-83-0069.

I can sell you the whole setup for $581.00 plus shipping.
This is wholesale at my dealership.
I have it in my 06 and love it!!!
Very easy install for a DIY but it does require a trip to the dealer to program the car to recognize the system.
I never mind selling at wholesale out of my area as it is business I otherwise am not getting, and it helps build up my parts buyback credit with MBUSA.

Can you still get the Sirius SAT setups for the 2004 E320's. Does it come with all the mounting hardware and also is it the new style antenna painted to factory colors. I am interested in purchasing one but refuse to pay the dealer cost of 700.00

Must be only in specific areas, I called my dealer yesterday and they told me they could have them in two days, coming out of New Jersey. The problem is they quoted me $700.00 for just the parts.. I didn't even inquire as to what the installation would costs.

in terms of the antenna, is that a visible thing that is mounted to the body of the car?

Does anyone use a Terk Micro antenna for Sirius and mount it inside on the rear package shelf right where it meets the glass? That's where our Terk XM antenna is, and it works just fine there - no dropouts to speak of. It even worked great in British Columbia, where the satellites are lower on the horizon than in most of the US. Assuming that the Sirius bird(s) aren't inherently weaker than the XM birds, I would try an inside location for the antenna before concluding that you have to mount it outside.

I have the original MB antenna (the big black one) mounted on the rear hat shelf and it works fine. Every now and then, I get in an area where it cuts in and out a bit, but it's fine 99.9% of the time, and it's worth it to not have a hole in the trunk.
