'05 E320 CDI, '07 VW Touareg V10 TDI, 2007 Porsche GT3
Took delivery at the factory on 9/29/04 and did about 1200 miles in Europe before coming home. While there, after breakin, cruised briefly at 125 mph on the autobahn on the way to France.
Now have 12,600 miles on the clock, and the service reminder is counting down to the B (or is it C?) service. No problems, although the car does smoke mildly on hard acceleration and surges mildly at low speeds. Should take it in to the dealer to have this looked at, I suppose. Otherwise, it looks and drives like new, and I plan to keep it until the warranty is over (purchased extended warranty from DCX).
Installed BBS 18" wheels and Goodyear F1 GS-D3 tires this past summer. If I could figure out how to post a picture, I'd do so. Time to swap them for snows now.
