Question about Premium Package and Leather Trim

I'm considering a new 2006 E350, and wanted to know if the optional Leather trim is required for the Premium Package? I would like to buy the PP without the Leather seats.

TIA,

MBChris.

I'm pretty sure it isn't required but I saw it added to the 3 E350's I looked at, including mine.

When I leased my wife's E350 I looked at five cars my dealer had. All had the PP and the basic leather inserts. No optional leather on any of them.

2014 C250 sport
our E350 has the pp w/ charcoal inserts. Most 350's at our dealer have inserts, I saw only a couple with full leather.

No it is not required, in fact I have not seen any that actually had it. Why don't you want the leather? I wish I could get one with the PP & Lighting & leather but can't find one in silver or pewter with charcoal. I don't want to go on a rant here but it's really p*ssing me off that I am going to be paying $50 large for a car with leather inserts in the front only and a POS Nav.

Very simple solution: buy something else. Get POed over some Japanese thing!

I would but I'm a glutton for punishment. I bought a 98 ML new and am still driving it.
