How do I fix this scratch?
I posted this in the Detailing and Automotive, But i want to bring this closer to home with the E's!
Some damn foe scratched the front of my bumber! It was worse but I took most of it out with some rubbing compound. But I was left with a 2" scratch. So I took it to this paint and body shop to touch it up, and this is what I get back??? The place roughly took 30 minutes to paint it! And after the sales rep looked at it he didnt charge me! Im new to touching up scratches but is this the best they can do??? I took it to another paint and body and he told me pretty much the same thing and the only way to get the look I want is to paint the whole bumper....I asked if they could just take the panel off ( where the scratch is ) and paint that...he said the paint wont never match! So is there anyone out there that knows any place (SoCal) that can do a better job?? Or am I left with this scratch til I paint the whole front???
