Need advise on a E350 offer?
I was offered a lease for an 2006 E350 at this rate:
2006 E350
- Sport Package
- Premium Package
- Parktronic
- Lighting Package
MSRP: $58345
Vehicle Price: $48850
Money Factor: .00275
Residual: 62%
39 month lease
12k miles/year
$3000 drive off
$605 / month
Any comments? Is this a fair deal versus the market rate? Thanks in advance.

In looking recently at E350 leases, that sounds like a good deal. Is the $3k before the $48850, or is the price really $51850?

Can't wait.Myself, if not self-employed, would go for a low interest loan and longer term through a credit union. Originally, leases allowed you to put almost no money down, except for 1st payment, license fees and a small security deposit. Note that manufacturers now advertise lease plans with a downpayment...

Of course, a lease is much riskier than financing. You need to ensure that you will keep the car for the term of the lease, you need to ensure that you do not go over the miles allowed, or at least account for the cost of going over in your analysis. And with a higher residual, an earlier trade in could end up costing you more.
Bottom line is that everyone should look into the best deal for them and not be swayed so much by the monthly payment.
I was skeptical too, that's why I posted the numbers in the forum to get some validation. I just picked up the car and it's GREAT!! Was a very easy deal, I requested a quote online, chose the best price and walked in and purchased it.
Thanks!!
If it is 3k drive off which i assume it is including Acq fee $1095, First month payment, DMV etc and the payment should be around $585 with 8.75% tax
