3rd party extended warranty

3rd party extended warranty
i know this topic has been addressed on the forums, but I just wnated to get some updated reponses on what the best options are in terms of a 3rd party extended warranty.
I bought my 03 E500 from a non-MB dealer. It had about 40k miles, and now its about 45. Before it hits the 50k mark, I want to figure out wht my options are. I talked to the mb dealers and they told me I can not buy a MB warranty and were eager to sell me their 3rd party packages. Anyone konw from experience what the best company is to go through? I plan to keep the car for another 2-3 years and will probably get it up to about 75k miles.
So far there havnt been any huge problems, but alot of little things. Mostly just TSB updates and such. In general the car runs prety smoothly.
I could really use some advice. The more I read these forums, the more worried I get. I love this car but I really dont want to regret this purchase down the line.

I would take one of their reccomended sppliers, they know which one's are easiest to deal with when you actually have a claim <repair>. I can't tell you which one to buy, but I can tall you which one NOT to buy! DON'T get a warranty from Continental Warranty in california
