how to lower via DAS

how to lower via DAS
My local dealer is willign to try lowering my car via DAS. The only problem is theyve never done it before and have no idea how to go about diong this. Are there any step by step directons available? I did find one old post about it, but the pics no longer work, and I believe the directions were only for one side of the car.
