Is there anything I can do. It is going back to the dealer for the second time. HELP

Do you mean to say that you've already complained the dealer once about the noisy, shuddering/skipping wipers and they didn't do anything?

Our '03 was pretty much like that when we took delivery of it. We complained to the dealer and they substituted different blades. That much reduced the noise and the skipping, although the wipers are still noisier than I would prefer in light rain. I thought the problem was due to the formulation of the '03 blades, and that M-B would have long since corrected the problem by now. Still, if the dealer didn't do anything the first time, I would insist that they replace the orginal blades, under warranty. If necessary, clean your windshield and then turn on the windshield washers and wipers and give them a demonstration.

The blades on my '05 are 8 months old now and still working great. They are very quiet. I think there must be something wrong with yours.

Mine are fine but a solution for you might be Rain-X. I use it all of the time and it can be pouring and I don't even need the wipers...

P-B-82.30/366a JUN05 – Adjusting Wiper Arms. Customer reports of wipers chattering / noisy after replacing the blades and thoroughly cleaning the windshield use Special Tool number W211 589 02 21 00 to adjust wiper arms. Refer to WIS Document AR82.30-P-6000T.

You can try using a detailing clay bar on the windshield. This will make the windshield nice and smooth and might help with the noise.

I have no problems on my car.

That studdering is usually caused my a thin film of dirt or wax. Just clean it off with a windsheild cleaner and everything should be fine. Or you can add rainx after you clean it off to let the water sheet off.
