Went to one of the largest dealer of MB in the East Coast, Ray Catena in Edison, NJ. I was told by the service manager, Glenn, that the corrosion on the wheels were not warranted. Get this, he told me that if the problem is from "inside" the wheel, then it would be covered! I told him that I have never heard of corrosion coming from inside of the wheel and surface to the outside! Then he said that it must be some kind of spray that attack the wheels. Just as I always believed, MB dealers treat customers like they know next to nothing about cars. When I mentioned to him that some people had their wheels replaced under warrant in our forum, he told me that "he doesn't care about the forum, they are not under warranty" How rude?

Bottom line, what's my next step to get these wheel replaced under warranty?

Have a walk & talk with your MBUSA SPOM (Service and Parts Operations Manager), the dealer should provide contact info.

I would have a sit down with the GM or Owner of the dealership. Bumper to Bumper means just that. You can also call MBUSA directly and file a compliant. I have done that in the past and the dealer responded in a week. GOOD LUCK.

I do plan to go to another one. If the answer is still no, then I will follow the the advice from Konigstiger and Ilm. Thanks guys
