Anyone know how much this runs and if it works well? Specifically with a Treo 650?

Spoke to AWS TODAY
And this is how it works:
as long as your car has hands-free system, with integrated phone, MINIMUM DIGITAL STARTAC (not the nondigital startac), then all you have to do is upgrade the cradle to the v60 cradle at the dealer. Then AWS will sell you the bluetooth dongle that plugs into the V60 cradle. She claims they are building for inventory and will be releasing in this first Q of 06.

Bring it on!

Does anyone with more knowledge than me know if this will work in the 2003 E320?

http://store.everythingtreo.com/cont.../3-87--506.htm

I know that the steering wheel buttons will not work, but I know nothing about how the system would interact with the radio for muting etc.

Thanks
Wil

I still find it atrocious that MB still holds you hostage with having to pay $1500 for the hands free system before you can have the privelege of paying again for the bluetooth kit.

MB is in the absolute dark ages when other manufacturers such as Audi, BMW, Lexus, Land Rover, Toyota and even their cousins at Jeep offer this at no extra charge or at least packaged with other options. The Premium Pacakge costs $3,550. The least they can do is throw in the Bluetooth capability at that price.

I totally agree with your statement! I believe in making a reasonable profit but what MB is doing is even beyond greed Bluetooth is pretty standard these days. Heck most decent cell phones come with it. Acura has it in both TL and RL. Besides big time greed I can't find another explanation for MB doing this to the customers.
