2004 S500
Looking at 2004 E500 today...any suggestions?
Car has 21000 miles certified pre owned by MBUSA. Has Harmon Kardon Sound System, Sun Roof, AMG rims. Have not seen the car. Ask is $46,900. What is a fair number and what should I look for..points for negotiation, etc. I'm not familiar with the E class but do own an S500. Ideas welcomed.

Is it preowned certified? I got a 2005 6 month old E5004matic with panorama/entertainment, etc, 4000 miles for 49500 from a distributor, when i was looking.. the dealers were charging around 57000 for the same car~

It can definately be had for less, judging from the winter clearance sale on new 2006's. If you offered 41 k I'd be suprised if they didn't take it.
