01 CLK430 cab, Silver/Ash/Blk top: 2003 E500 On order Silver/Ash, Sport package
Poll: Whats your preference on the E500 Elegance or Avantgarde Package & Why???
Still have time to make the decission on which package to order. Like the value offered with the Bi-xenons however not sure which would look better and maintain its future resale better???

I think they will both retain a similar resale since the Sport package is only $1300, not $4500. The Sport package on the E430 was "not" a desirable model, most people who bought E430s did not opt for the Sport package......so dealers generally didn't put great trade-in numbers on E430 Sports.
Since the Sport package, really isn't a Sport package anymore....I don't think it will be affected one way or the other.
My preference, I prefer the Avantgarde look.......

'06 ML500 w/Apperance pkg & '07 SL550 w/AMG pkg
I love the dk maple, I have it in my CLK and it gives it more of a performance feel to the interior. Also, I'm sure a lot of people will go with this pkg., simply because it is roughly $3k cheaper than the W210.

I will agree with beltfed that there will be an huge amount of stock rims either traded in at wheel warehouses or sitting in the garages of lucky E500 owners.
