Wiper Problems
Not sure if this is in the right place but here goes.

The passenger side, the drivers side in the USA, wiper on my car has ceased to function. To get to the mechanism it seems that all of the shielding under the windscreen has to come off, looks a real pig of a job so I just wondered if anyone knows of an easy way for this to be done and if anyone has any idea what the problem might be. The working one seems to work just fine so I presume it's a linkage problem but I'm not sure.
