Release Date for Facelifted 2007 E Class
I was informed by an email today that the facelifted 2007 E Class was due to be released in July. I presume it is in the US on that date.

The email was from MB, in response to my question about the date. Nothing else was mentioned. I kind of think, under the 211 spy photo thread, that the world scoop pix, showing a blue car, are genuine.

2007 CLK350 Sport, 2006 E320 CDI, 1978 Cessna 152
With the release date of July 1st does this mean it can be picked up at the factory in Germany at that date or will production start on the 1st? My father wants to buy a E320 CDI with European delivery and would perfer the 07 vs the 06 which he bought last year (with European delivery) for my mother. He talked to the dealer here who said it would be Nov 1st before the 07s could be picked up. Any ideas?
