Good question, but not one with a good answer. Nobody is going to agree because handling is pretty much subjective. I doubt that anybody on this forum has driven all the usual suspects (E-Class, 5-Series, A6, M, GS, RL, STS). If you go by the car and consumer magazines which have driven some or all of them, the 5-Series tends to come out on top for handling, with the M often ranking up there. The E-Class is usually described as competent but not outstanding in the handling department. A lot also depends on variables like the tires installed, the particular model (regular M versus Sport) and options like Active Steering and Active Roll Stabilization on the 5-Series.
